Information so fast and it’s trying to distract us wherever we turn. In this episode Todd & Alex talk about what makes an interaction meaningful and why now is the time to share something about your day and engage with someone that did the same.

Alex, your voice is amazing! The two of you have such smooth, easy listening voices. You should get into radio 🙂
I’ve had so many meaningful interactions through social media, including meeting you guys.
But a big thing social media has done for me is support. When I’ve been going through hard times I’ve posted and the support I’ve had is simply amazing. Even if it’s simply people who are experiencing the same thing as me, or can give me advice.
When I was first diagnosed with depression and anxiety I posted a lot because it’s a very lonely journey. I got so much support and I also got private messages from people that said they sought help as well after seeing that I had. Tiny little interactions like that can make such a difference.
Thank you Cassie! One of the most nerve racking things about podcasting is hearing your own voice.
We’re so happy we met you as well and thank you for sharing. I’m sure it took a lot a bravery to reach out and amazing to hear about the impact it had. ❤️
